people, both women and men, with under eye bags.

Skin
under your eyes is lighter than from rest of your body. This is why
fluid tends to collect there when there is any kind of allergy. This can
make your eyes puffy.
Get some anti allergic medication from your
doctor or the local pharmacy to help you get rid of any allergy. This
can help you reduce under eye bags significantly.

It
is a big blunder to sleep without removing makeup at night. This can
irritate your eyes and lead to allergic reactions resulting in puffy
eyes. Thus, make it a point to remove all your make up before you go to
bed.
3. Try Some Cucumbers
Cucumbers are a
great remedy to reduce puffiness under the eyes. I am sure you must have
seen this in many health and beauty magazines. Take 2 slices of freshly
refrigerated cucumbers and place them on eyes. Just lie down for about
an half an hour with these slices on your eyes. This simple remedy can
help reduce puffiness under the eyes quite significantly.
4. Try Some Green Tea Bags
Green
is not just great for your skin but can also help reduce puffiness from
under the eyes. Just take 2 bags of green tea and soak them in chilled
water. Put them on your eyes for about 20 minutes.
This simple trick can help you get rid of puffy eyes very quickly.
5. Drink Plenty of Water
Though
water retention is the main cause of puffy eyes, drinking plenty of
water turns out to be highly effective in reducing under eye bags. Make
sure that you consume at least 7-8 full glasses of water through the
day.
6. Exercise
A small vibrator can help
tighten the skin beneath your eyes and also increase blood circulation.
This can help reduce under eye bags without using any kind of creams or a
surgical procedure.
Such a product can strengthen muscles under
your eyes and tighten skin to help you get rid of under eye bags
quickly, effectively and at a fraction of the cost as compared to other
creams and surgery.
