6:28:00 AM
Red watery eyes are usually called as conjunctivitis or pink eye. Conjunctiva is a slender lucid layer with the aim to cover the visible part of eye sclera and inner part of eyelids. As soon as conjunctiva gets inflamed, its tinny blood vessels expand in this manner causing emergence of red or else pink eye.
What are the symptoms?
o Skin complaint or itchiness.
o Blurry eyesight.
o Light sensitivity.
o Yellow discharge from one or both of eyes.
o Increased tearing.
What are the causes?
o Acute bacterial conjunctivitis.
Newborn might be infected with Neisseria gonorrhoeae from infected vagina during delivery time.
o Viral conjunctivitis.
It is usually caused by Adenovirus, transmitted by fingers, medical instruments, or swimming pools. The main symptoms are itchy eyes and watery discharge.
o Allergic conjunctivitis.
The characteristic is stringy translucent discharge.
Red watery eyes treatments are so simple to do at home. Here are the 7 effective steps to cure red watery eyes:
1. Warm water compresses help pink eye. Heat up helps for expansion of blood spring and loosen debris.
2. Rinse your eyes with mixture of pint of salt in a boiled-water cooled to room temperature. Wash your eyes with this liquid 4-5 times a day.
3. Breast milk is the best home remedy for pink eye. Bear in mind to use only fresh breast milk to cure pink eye.
4. Chamomile tea bags are very useful for natural pink eyes treatment. Moist chamomile tea bag and put it over the closed eyes for 10 minutes for a faster relief.

Eye Exercises to Improve Vision - Fix Your Eyesight Naturally

6:17:00 AM
A recent study showed that the most common reasons for bad eyesight are incurred naturally and can be cured naturally. In light of this, the obvious question is why do so many people jump straight onto glasses without even trying to improve their vision through eye exercises?
I genuinely believe that people are just simply unaware just how their eyes work and how quickly it can respond to a little bit of exercise. The muscles that control and shape the lens in the eye can be worked just like the bicep muscles in your arms and lit of bit of daily exercise for a couple of weeks has been shown to completely fix over 45% of eye problems with a further 30% showing "drastic improvement".
Given that glasses teach your eyes bad habits, commonly cause a steady deterioration in eyesight and cost on average $500 a year then it is clear that spending a short amount of time running through some eye exercises could literally be the best decision you ever made for your eyesight.
For those of you who have already been dependent on glasses for a number of years, then I have something encouraging to say to you too. Your eyes are so versatile that you can reverse the effects that your glasses have had on your vision. In fact some people can completely cure their vision problems within the first month of proper eye training. The exercises can even work on eyesight problems that have been caused by ageing.
Here's a few important bits of information for you in your quest to improve your eyesight naturally:
Teaching your eyes to Relax
As simple as it may sound, simply teaching your eyes to relax can have a major impact on your vision. Your eyes are extremely sensitive to strain especially with our modern common lifestyle of working in front of computers, watching the television and reading books. Eye strain can even occur without you noticing it - most of the time there are no symptoms in terms of feeling, you just start to notice a deterioration in your vision.
One exercise that I always recommend to someone who is suffering for eye strain is called palming. It's a very simple, easy exercise with a great success rate. When this exercise is performed consistently for a few weeks the results are often very encouraging.

Here's what you do:
Put your hands out in front of you with your palms facing in the eye. Then bring your palms up to cover your arms making sure that the hands are cupped so that they don't actually make contact with your eyes. Put your elbows on your desk or another hard surface and try to make yourself comfortable. Now you simply spend as long as you need to generate relaxing and positive thoughts. You should try and concentrate on relaxing all the muscles in your eye - this will be hard to begin with but after a while you get used to it.
Palming is especially recommended for those who work in front of a computer for extended periods of time or who find themselves straining to focus on objects.
Specific Eye Exercises
There are a large number of eye exercises out there for specific conditions. For example, there are many exercises that focus purely on myopia (short sightedness) and teach the eye to adjust to objects that are far away.
William Bates is the pioneer for these exercises - his work and understanding of natural vision was way ahead of his time. He has been dead over 7 decades now yet his work is still at the foundation of most eye exercise programs and for great reason too - it works.
Vision Without Glasses
Hopefully you've found this article useful in your quest to improve your vision naturally. Just by researching the exercises you are already ahead of the majority but now you should take action. It is easy to be a skeptic (I certainly was) but you have nothing to lose and everything to win by simply taking a leap of faith and trying the exercises for a few weeks. If you're serious about exercising your eyes then I always recommend Vision Without Glasses. It is a modern day equivalent of Bates' original methods and is widely commended for having a high success rate. As part of the package, you also receive William Bates' work too which is over 300 pages of in depth material.

How to Remove Eye Bags the Natural Way

11:41:00 AM
There are a lot of tricks that can help a lot if you want to remove eye bags. It is not rocket science since most of these methods can actually be done at home. A few home materials usually found in your kitchen can help a lot.
Tip 1: Cold tea bag compresses help. It has natural caffeine component that reduces puffiness over your eyes. It lessens the appearance of unsightly bags under your peepers. Just place tea bag in ice cold water. Leave it there for two minutes to moisten and then close your eyes and place the tea bags on top of it. Let the skin around your peepers absorb it. Also, the cold temperature can shrink puffy skin and can reduce redness.
Tip 2: Purchase eye packs. These look like blindfolds but they have liquid substance inside. Just stick it in your refrigerator for a few minutes until it cools down and then place it on your eyes for a few minutes. This will somehow reduce the appearance of the bags.
Tip 3: If you don't have eye pack, you can always stick two spoons in your refrigerator. The metal will easily adhere to the cold environment. After a few minutes, take the spoons out of the fridge and place it over your eyes. Leave it there for a few minutes.
Tip 4: The oldest trick in the book is cucumber slices. But the efficacy of this is tried and tested already. Get two slices of cucumber and place it over your eyes. Not only can this reduce eye bags and puffiness, it can also help reduce dark circles under your peepers.
Tip 5: Purchase an effective eye cream. Make sure the ingredients are also all-natural. An eye cream is the ideal treatment that can be done at home for people who do not have the time to spare for the above-mentioned treatments. It can work for you for as long as you are choosing the right cream.
Haloxyl is one ingredient that should be incorporated in it. This one can improve the integrity of the skin around our peepers. It can reduce not only eye bags but dark circles as well. In fact, it is known to lighten dark circles by up to 45% during the first few weeks of us. So if you have perpetually racoon eyes, this can help out. Eyeliss is another ingredient you ought to choose. This can help remove eye bags because it brings back the natural functions of the skin such as the re-growing of collagen and elastin.

Natural Eye Exercises That You Can Do For Better Vision

7:29:00 PM
The moment you complained of blurring of vision, you must have typically gone to the doctor immediately to get yourself some corrective glasses. But what you probably don't know is that there is a natural way to improving your vision-eye muscle exercises. Do you know any eye exercises? Doing eye exercises can strengthen the eye muscles to alleviate eye problems such as double vision, focusing difficulties and strabismus.
Our eyes, just like any other muscles of our body, also need exercise to remain healthy. The problem is we tend to take it for granted especially with the increased use of computers and TV nowadays causing chronic, excessive stress on our visual system. Fortunately, simple eye exercise method has been developed to strengthen eye muscles, maintain flexible lenses and maintain sharper vision with just 5-10 minutes each day. Sounds easy, right?
Here are 5 eye exercises that can help in improving your eye vision:
Blinking
To keep your eyes fresh and being able to focus longer, doing the blinking exercise can help. This is especially beneficial to those who stay long hours on the computer or TV as they have the tendency to blink less especially if they are closely focused on something. It's an easy exercise that you can try. Just blink every 3-4 seconds for the next two minutes.
Palming
Remember how you use to play hide and seek when you were young? You would cover your eyes with your palm and focus on the darkness. That's basically how palming is done. Palming is performed to alleviate stress around the eyes and as a way to relax your eyes while taking a computer break. It's really easy to do:
  • Take a few deep breaths first before starting. Lean forward on a desk or with your elbow on your knees. Make sure that you are in a comfortable position while closing your eyes.
  • Place your two hands over your eyes with the cup of your palm covering your eyes. Make sure that you can blink freely and that you are placing little pressure only on your eyes.
  • Observe the darkness in front of your eyes and that's it. Do this for 3 minutes or as long as you want.
It doesn't sound much of an exercise but it can relax your eyes and calm down from the tensions of daily life.
Figure Eights
Another eye exercise you can try is the Figure Eights which increases the flexibility of your eye muscles in a relaxed way. It's really simple to perform:
  • Just take two deep breaths and imagine a figure eight approximately 10 feet from you positioned horizontally (similar to the infinity sign).
  • Let your eyes trace along your imaginary figure eight without moving your head. First, trace in one direction and then in the opposite direction.
  • Continue to breathe and blink as your eyes trace effortlessly along the figure eight.
Scanning
If you try to stare at something for a long time, you would notice how it eventually strains your eyes. Staring for too long is actually detrimental for your eyes because it is believed to congeal the energy and muscles, preventing the blood flow. But by doing scanning exercises, it keeps your eyes alive and energetic.
  • Take two deep breaths while standing, sitting or moving around your environment.
  • Let your eyes glide over objects you look at. Do it as if you are painting them with your eyes.
  • As your eyes move from object to object, allow them to shift easily without staring and continue to breathing and blinking. Make sure that they move in a relaxed manner.
Near and Far Focusing
When doing this exercise, it improves the flexibility of the eyes as they change from distance viewing to near visual focus. You can do this almost anywhere.
  • You can either sit in a comfortable position or stand as this will only take about 2-3 minutes at a time. If you choose to stand, bend your knees slightly.
  • Hold your thumb 6-10 inches away from your eyes directly in front of you and focus on it.
  • Then focus on a distant object at least 10 feet away in front of you.
Doing this exercise will strengthen the muscles in your eyes over time and may improve your overall vision.
Sunning
Our eyes are light-sensing organs. They are made to receive and construe light energy. In order to stay healthy and garish, our eyes need good, natural light exposure though it is important that we protect ourselves from ultra-violet radiation. You still need to permit your eyes to receive natural sunlight for at least 20 minutes per day.
  • Just take two deep breaths while sitting or standing in an area where the sun is shining on you. In case there is no natural sunlight, you can make use of full spectrum light source
  • Close your eyes gently and move your head slowly from side to side so that you can go from an area of shade into an area of light directed on your closed eyelids.
  • Feel the light on your eyelids and imagine accepting the light energy.
  • You can alternate sunning and palming.
These are just some of the eye exercises available for you to do. By regularly performing them, you allow your eyes to be strengthened and relaxed. They're really simple to do so perform them as much as you can and see improvements for yourself.
