Constipation refers to a health condition when fewer bowel
movements are occurred than it should be. It is indeed an uncomfortable
and embarrassing health situation that even require serious medical
attention if continues for longer period. Typically, if you are having
less than three bowel movements in a week, quite obviously you are
suffering from constipation problem. However, lack of exercise and
unhealthy diet can contribute to constipation development. Constipation
is not a serious problem till it becomes chronic.
